Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
“Wishing to improve my knowledge of mortgage and finance broking and enhance my professional standing, I considered a number of providers of the Diploma. I ultimately chose IFS due to the flexible nature of the course structure and completion requirements and the fact that much of the course content is focussed on practical skill development rather than theory.
My judgement has been proven correct, as I have enjoyed the benefit of being able to complete the program within my other commitments and the content strikes a useful balance between the technical knowledge an experienced broker requires and the skills required to foster rewarding customer relationships.
Much of the material refreshes and reinforces many of the inherent skills successful brokers invariably demonstrate, while Module 2 especially ventured into aspects of which I had little or no knowledge. “The Diploma of Financial Services – Lending Stream qualification that I gained through the IFS has benefitted me in my work as it helped me to understand the financial procedures that are required for a successful loan application.
