Testimonials
“Undertaking the Certificate III in Business has helped me learn organisational skills, exercise initiative, organise workplace information, recommend products and services, networking, how to be environmentally friendly in the workplace and many other skills I didn’t know existed.
This course is written in an easy to understand format and has great examples in every chapter which was very helpful to me.
By doing this Certificate III course I have gained skills which helped me advance from a Member Service Officer to a Member Service Officer – Relief, where I am now undertaking training in lending and supervisory skills.
I found the support staff at IFS to be very helpful through my distance learning training. I was able to call them with any questions I had and was always given a prompt response. Submitting assessments and meeting deadlines was also easy as I could post or email my work through to the IFS.
I would recommend this course to anyone who would like to increase their skills in the workplace or advance in their career in the financial services industry.”
